Just looking for fellow TV show watchers. I love British crime shows, Sherlock, Orphan Black. Other shows I can't think of at the moment. Hope I can find someone with shared interests. It would be nice to have someone to talk to.

I dont watch too much tv, and most of the time that I do its usually something animated. I do like some crime shows, though. I really liked The Mentalist, Elementary, I kinda liked Bones a bit. There were others too, but I cant remember them : p

I did like the newer Sherlock show though, the one with the curly haired pretty Sherlock. I probly only watched like a season of it, though : p

Yes Sherlock is very pretty to look at. TV is sometimes the only thing for me to do in this small town. Especially when it is a cold day like today.

Mackenzie, I have never heard of Yes Minister or Yes Prime Minister

oh, yeah, they're a riot. if it isn't that it's "now it's time for useless trivia with mom!"

they are actually delightful to have around. they're "the babies" and i am blessed they're still home with us.

and can i help it if i find trivia fascinating?

trivia = plethora of useless information = me!

I liked Downton Abbey and I have enjoyed Victoria so far (looking forward to season 2). I also enjoy Who Do You Think You Are? as hubby and I are into ancestry.

Not into much other TV -- so much of it is so violent -- not to my taste.

Hi Santuzza -

Single - no hubby here, so TV is my only distraction most days/nights. I have heard a lot about Downton Abbey but haven't watched it yet.

I think the trivia thing is genetic for sure. My mom could recognize actors from things she watched and now my son and I have a "gift" for it too. LOL I am glad you have your daughters at home to enjoy too. My son just now has a job out of state, so he has lived with me for a long time too. Miss his silliness now that he isn't here. Could make me laugh with his odd sense of humor. I don't have any idea where he would have gotten his strange sense of humor LOL

is it just us???, -

but, wouldn't it be much more 'desirable/beneficial' to try/desire and connect with those who
truly Love their Maker and only pray to dedicate/obey themselves to Him and His personal
examples for us, along with the future that He has shown to us, created for us, which
is beyond our human understanding?= as opposed to those who are obviously on a different path...?

we must understand and seek with our whole hearts just how we are personally partaking in this 'fallen-worlds'
distractions, constantly created to keep us from our Heavenly Father's Will/Assurance...for us and our
understanding of things in the world, well, (it's just about gone over the EDGE) of any kind of sanity...

'seek and you will find' - ask, and you shall receive', - 'FEAR/LOVE' God and Keep His Commandments,
for this is the WHOLE DUTY of man'...

I love Sherlock, too! Haven't seen Orphan Black. What about Doctor Who? Merlin? The Librarians? I'm super behind on these, but I also like Elementary, Grimm, Once Upon a Time, Agents of SHIELD, Arrow, Walking Dead, and a slew of others.

I have like just recently gotten onto the Walking Dead train, haha. Like, I couldnt get into it before because I really hate zombies and gore and junk, but I got into it when I saw my family watching it about the time when they were all making their way to Terminus. Im still watching it, and Im like super excited to see Neagan be completely destroyed, haha.
I really hate that guy : p

I also really liked Arrow, too. Never finished it though.

Yeah, I'm almost done the third season of Walking Dead (although I read the spoilers, so I kinda know what's going on now. I haven't finished Arrow either. I go in and out of different shows. I left off at the part where Oliver's sister gets in the car with Slade.

Also, left off an episode before last season's finale, but I love Sleepy Hollow.

My son got me started with TWD. The characters really sucked me in. Started watching Arrow a bit but didn't finish it. Also love the Flash too.

Hey, what about Dr. Who? That show is awesome. Sadly, though, I only get to watch it when my satellite provider gives us a free preview of BBC.
