So Ive been up all night with my GS. She's got a sick tummy and diarrhea. Ive had her out countless times all night. Called my local vet that was on call,actually my mother did because Im nursing the dog. She called back and said the vet was angry that she called over a dog with diarrhea and hung up on her!! She called him back and he was rude again! This is one of the vets at the clinic,not my vet. Im fit to be tied. Tomorrow the doc and I are gonna have a talk he's never going to forget!! I went on google and gave a review of my thoughts and on their FB page. What kind of vet gets nasty when you call them about a sick dog!!! I feel like going over there and giving him a good swift boot in the behind. My girl is just now quieted in her crate,shes been crying all night and its 5:30am. You may see me on the news today.If you hear crazy angry lady smacks vet up side the head on the news,that'll be me. So angry right now!!!!!

Hope puppy girl feels better soon. And yeah, the vet's behavior would tick me off, too.

She's not my puppy. She's Kayla's..lol.. But I'm sure Mittens (my cat) appreciates your wishes for her good health. ;) :eek:

Yes sorry i quoted your post to let you know you reminded me that i had forgot to say something :D I was not talking about your puppy :) So all is well. Oh and may your kitty Mittens be in fine health too.. :) My Kitty Bronny would also appreciate your best wishes as well :cool:

If'n your scold/rant doesn't change the vet's method, let me know. I know how to make the review last and cut the business down.

Im a little cooler now. The clinic has a really good vet there but this other nasty vet owns the place. Ive never heard anything so ridiculous as being upset for being asked a question about a pets health.She was sick all night,crying and the two of us sat up all night.Then she began bringing up her food around seven this morning. Finally got something in her to settle her down. She fell fast asleep and was snoring so hard and she never snores. She slept for a few hours.She seems calmer now and ate and drank a little. But I was ready to wring that docs neck this morning!! Im not quite sure how to get satisfaction but we take three pets to this clinic and Im not a happy customer! I guess I'll figure out Monday how to proceed.

Thanks for the well wishes ladies. She's feeling much better right now. Hopefully we'll sleep though the night tonight.

What pisses me off is when my cat does the same because it's usually her fault because she goes around licking stuff that she shouldn't and swallowing big pieces of plastic,I feel bad for her when she's sick but she's been through it enough times to know by now.

There's only three things in this world that really make me mad. Cold coffee, wet toilet paper, and you*.

It makes me mad when Christians assume that ALL good things (all details) are direct results of God's intervention, but ALL evil things just happen randomly.
