The Great Sign in the sky Rev 12 ?

i wondered what people thought of it.


Now a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon
under her feet and on her head a garland of twelve stars. Then being with child,
she cried out in labor and in pain to give birth.
REVELATION 12:1-2


Apparently the 23.9.17 is supposedly when the constellations line up to fulfill
Rev 12 and it's not happened before.

Hmm... I would have to do a lot of research before I give it any credibility but i don't want to have sign up for this thing to learn more about it so maybe youtube will have some info on it. But a celestial event that has never happened before and never will again? I find that very hard to believe

Thats what I was thinking, but like you I don't know if this is correct or not.

Well it sure doesn't sound believable but even so I cannot simply toss it aside as false just because it doesn't sound real and I do study bible prophecy so this would probably be right up my ally. I do know God said that the sun and the moon and the stars would be for signs of seasons and he has more than once used the moon sun and the stars to speak a message to people the stars are like a celestial calendar or a giant white board in which he writes on

Hmmm....I know it says no man knows the day or the hour that the Lord is gonna come, but it is interesting to see if it indeed something that will happen in prophesy. Will God come soon after? Only He knows. I personally don't think it's gonna be on/around that date, but God knows.

Utter nonsense in my opinion!

So I did a bit of research and I intend to do more but so far from what I have gathered is that yes the stars and planets will align exactly like this september 23, the leo Constellation according to this man is to represent the crown and twelve stars above the virgins head except out of the twelve supposed stars three of them are actually planets so whether it really is twelve stars or not is up to interpretation. Also the moon is indeed at her feet on that day and technically yes she is clothed in the sun because in the middle of the day the virgin constellation will be right at where the sun is in the sky but since it will be a total solar eclipse and the sun will be black she will be visible.

For the record this event happens to land on the feast of trumpets which Ironically is a day to symbolize the coming of the king or the coming of the the groom to take his bride many relate this particular day to the rapture or to the Lords second coming as for the legitimacy of those claims that is open for interpretation as I do not hold a view or stance on that at this time I am only stating what I learned from research.

There is also the fact that on the 23 of september Jerusalem will be one of the few to witness the total darkness of the total solar eclipse and it is also important to note that this eclipse will last for three hours just like when Jesus died on the cross and total darkness lasted for three hours. 33 days before this however an eclipse will also happen but the America will be the only place to witness the total darkness.

With this information I want to say that this claim of the great sign is not entirely off in fact it may very well be legit however I am not completely convinced as I need much more evidence however I will say that I have received dreams and visions that are very similar to these things and I only speak of them for the topic at hand they in no way confirm anything nor deny anything. about six months ago I had a strange dream that I was standing outside the seven eleven near my old house and I was looking up at the sky and the sun was pitch black and next to the solar eclipse it looked like the sky was ripped open like it was a hole to another dimension and I felt like something or someone was about to come out of this hole in the sky.

A dream I had before that was strange as well I remember mainly that the sky was very dark abnormally dark and there was a sense of something very serious coming, it wasn't really fear I was feeling it almost more like urgency and the sense of knowing that something major and very serious was going to happen like that no more messing around kind of feeling it was like God was very serious and he wasn't messing around anymore. Honestly that was the first time i ever saw or rather felt that side of him.

And also not long ago i was going on a walk and I looked up at the sky and saw thousands upon thousands of angels in the sky just standing there not saying anything or doing anything it was like they were waiting for something and the air about them seemed very intense. I asked myself what are they doing just standing there? and A voice suddenly responded to me saying they are waiting i asked this voice waiting for what? and the voice responded the command. I didn't know what this command was but i felt that this command was going to be given any second and the vision ended.

I think I posted this before, but ages ago I had a dream in two parts.
It is very similar to what you got.

The first part it was mid winter, about 5pm at night and dark. I was on my
way home from somewhere and as I walked past an open grass area, I looked up
at the sky and saw lightening flash from left to right in the night sky. Only there
wasn't a storm. The lightening formed a sort of triangle pattern which became a sort of
large hole in the sky. All around this hole it was normal sky with stars, but inside this
hole it was pitch black. It felt like either I was looking up into something or that
something was looking down onto planet earth.

I continued on my way and ended up at my old church, inside were friends and Christians
enjoying them selves. I asked if anyone had seen this dark hole in the sky, but no one had.
Then another person arived and as he had been outside he had seen this hole in the sky
as well. So only people who had been outside looking up had seen it.

Then the dream changed and I was on the bus on my way to work, it was a bright Summer
sunny day with brilliant blue sky. I looked up at the sky where the previous hole had been.
I could just make out that the hole was still there, only now it was a deep sky blue
colour. I only knew it was there as I had seen it in winter so were able to identify it.
I don't think people who hadn't seen it before would have realised there was a hole in
the sky though.

Again I got the impression of seeing into something or something watching us through
this hole. I suppose it was like looking into another world.

The whole thing seemed to have a general theme that people watching and looking
up and outside waiting, were aware of this hole. But other people who were just
getting on with every day life and inside, did not know about this.

Wow I don't recall you telling about this dream, i haven't met anyone else who had a dream about a hole in the sky. Perhaps this hole is a representation of Jesus coming soon? i find it interesting that in your dream no one else saw the hole except those who were outside looking up, I am always looking up as if by instinct on my walks I don't even mean to sometimes I just always look to the sky I assumed that it was likely my bodies reaction to how my heart is because regardless of what is going on in life good or bad i always look to God. In fact interestingly enough whenever i go on my walks even if i am having the worst day and I cannot connect to God at all every time i look to the sky I always find him.

The fact that in your dream only those who looked the sky saw the hole and if in fact that hole represents Jesus coming for his bride or something it reminds me of the verse to look to the sky for our redemption draws near. Of course this is this just my two cents it's not facts or anything

I've done some reading on this, and so far I can say "it's interesting". Then again, I am kind of enthralled with any kinds of prophecy and am anxious to see if anything will be mentioned in May on the 100th anniversary of Fatima.

That being said, the guy who claims to have discovered this celestial alignment and how it coincides with Revelation Chapter 12, Scotty Clarke (eternalrhythmflow on YouTube) has done his homework and he speaks in a very persuasive manner about it. I'm not yet convinced, probably because I am still investigating, but I admit that I'll be keeping an eye peeled on September 23rd when this alignment is going to occur.

I agree it is interesting and worth keeping a skeptic eye on to see what
else transpires and other people's thoughts.

I will be very surprised to see a pregnant woman in the sky on any day/night. Unless maybe its time for me to go "home" (not trying to be funny here)

My understanding about Rev 12 is the woman about to give birth is speaking about the birth of Jesus. The dragon is satan being removed from heaven taking a third of the angels with him as sweeping a third of the stars to the earth... then the dragon standing in front of the woman ready to devour baby as soon as born was the decree of Herod to kill all the male babies age two and under so Joseph took Mary and Jesus and went to Egypt for a while until Herod died.

Michael and his angels fought against the dragon and his angels the battle between Jesus and satan...good and evil...being fought.

That is how I understand the first few verses of Rev 12....

I don't know how accurate (stellarium) is but some folks have plotted this before, that the sign was last seen 3,867 years ago. To be precise it was in the year 1,850 BCE or right around the time of Abraham. Any case I don't think that it has never been before or will again.

It does kind of make sense and it may be legit but I have this skeptic part of me that doesn't allow me to really believe it yet however I can say I am at least 40% convinced however I will need much more evidence just to get an extra 5% more convinced.

You will know it 100% for sure when it happens. And only then.
