Ordained or with a "calling" to confess to or go to for counsel by ways that Pastors or Priests serve? Or is this entirely made up of Congressional members to guide one another?

hmm... I wouldn't call myself a spiritual leader but many have come to to me for such things. I am always giving counsel and encouragement and have tutored and guided many people mainly new believers or people with problems or questions that they need help understanding and overcoming. If you require help of any kind I will gladly do whatever i can

We have members who are ordained clergy, but everyone is considered equal members in CC. the owner has not sanctioned any teachers or pastors on this forum.

We have moderators and admin to keep the peace.

At one time they had weekly live Bible study via chat, but haven't heard of that happening in a while.

The owner has a church he pastors.

Most everyone in the bible discussion forums seems to be self ordained.

It all depends on what you call a spiritual leader.

For instance, we don't have this guy:

I consider a spiritual leader a person who obeys the commandments of the Lord. I wish more of our pastors and priests did that.

It's just an online community. There isn't any resident pastor or anything... but that might be an idea!

Need To Talk? Call Our Pastors at (800) 525-LOVE (5683)

Pastors - Positive & Encouraging K-LOVE

I listen to klove on the radio and they have a free number where you can talk to pastors.

I normally go to people in my church but have thought about calling them a few times.

If you want people to pray with you, the prayer forum is typically encouraging.

The Bible dicussion forum is a war zone, so make sure you have your armor on before venturing there.

Most people are unaware that we DO have an "official" CC pastor, MrPineapple, however he isn't on nearly as often as he used to be and has never really been active in the forums.

We have a handful of users who are ordained clergy but as a site we don't necessarily agree with their specific doctrinal stances.

In my experience, by far the majority of users who choose nics that include the titles Apostle, Pastor, Prophet, etc. tend to have serious doctrinal issues.

I've heard some say that this is a forum for discussion only. NOT a place to learn or be counseled , but a place basically to discuss. For anything more you would go to a church or certified counselor. I don't know, FROM discussion I've learned...FROM discussion I've also found counsel. There are false prophets but there are also genuine people who have a calling to "guide" or "direct" in the ways of Christ through Holy Spirit. I've never had that "calling" myself, but I could see how in this big an audience, Christ's message could surely be taught. That was the reason I asked if anyone had listened to a man or woman here in Christian Chat who seemed to be Blessed in such a way. A sinner same as us all yes, but a speaker who seemed to know not only verse but showed special graces in a way to have patience, understanding and most of all love as a follower of Christ.

Its a forum filled with random members.. you might find a few noteworthy ones who are in that bracket of counselor / pastor
but this is the internet so test their fruits.... and if you do decide to follow any type of "spiritual leader", don't follow blindly..follow up on them, and make sure everything they say lines up to scripture.
