Good. My joke was never posted for anyone to get uptight about it. I thought it was hilarious when it arrived in my wife's FB.

Doesn't matter who gets in the big house... it will not stop this nation's downhill slide in to destruction.

Primarily because this nation keeps murdering babies and celebrating sexual perversion among other things... the majority of people in this country are in favor of these things or think others have the right to engage in these things and will not speak out against them.

Oh well... we had a good run didn't we?

It's sad to see Christians make an idol out of the nation and get in to fear over trying to bring it back to it's former glory... ain't gonna happen.

It was pretty funny... I like to hand out cheesy jokes so I'll yank a few folks strings with this one.

Especially a few liberals! Should be great fun...

I've been befriended by a Chinese North Korean (she used to live in China) on Facebook who told me Christianity is illegal in China. I was thinking about Chinese Christians who can't express their religious beliefs openly. Then I got to thinking about the American college kids who are traumatized by the fact not everybody agrees with them. I was thinking about offering a prayer for both groups in church today, but maybe I'll just ask a prayer for the Chinese Christians.

While that is true, I've heard that Christianity is growing faster in China than it is in the US.

The person that said that seemed to think it was entirely possible that in the next 10 years or so, we might be seeing missionaries coming to the mission fields in the US from China.

Wouldn't that be something?

Oh - but you should know by now that Willie likes to post these kinds of threads - "all the time"... ;)

( And, he usually manages to pull-it-off with good humor. )

Yes, it would be something --- and, they would probably be burned-at-the-stake for telling us we are living in sin...

The day that I get to thinking so seriously of myself that I actually feel my personal beliefs are important to anyone, I want someone to come here and give me a Gibbs head-slap.

I would not call it Global warming per say I would call it a GOD Warning How about that. To much pollution clogging up our atmosphere and to many hot head running around the earth blowing off steam hehe. Seriously though God is I am sure not happy with all this plastic and toxic crap going up in the air.

[SUP]4[/SUP] The earth mourneth [and] fadeth away, the world languisheth [and] fadeth away, the haughty people of the earth do languish.

[SUP]5[/SUP] The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.
[SUP]6[/SUP] Therefore hath the curse devoured the earth, and they that dwell therein are desolate: therefore the inhabitants of the earth are burned, and few men left.
