So, what is your ideal pizza?

If you get mine from Pizza Hut, I want:
Deep Pan Crust
Parmesan sauce
Chicken
Bacon
Spinach
Onion
Mushrooms
Then add the Hut Favorite on the crust.

And Voila! You have perfection! =)

Oh! Don't forget the Dr Pepper! =D

So, someone want to get that for me? I'll share. *puppy dog eyes*

I love veggies on pizza. Olives, artichokes, onion, mushrooms, red peppers and tomatoes. I also like feta and mozzarella and ricotta cheese on mine. Thin crust with some red sauce and a little pesto, that's perfection to me. :)

We had pizza yesterday for lunch. It was a frozen pizza but my wife dressed it up nicely. My favorite pizza is from Papa' Johns but Pizza Hut is good also and they make the best wings. Occasionally, we will order from Domino's.

I like the word, "nifty." :) I rarely hear people use that word anymore.

I like garlic sauce over tomato sauce on pizza. Though Id probly be less excited about it if I ever had the chance to eat it.

I can never get it, because when I buy pizza I have to get some for the entire house, and if I got what I wanted everyone would complain and refuse to eat it : / So I can only get like the same two pizzas over and over again.

I also like bbq chicken pizza : p Would like to have that more often too.

I'm more of a home made pizza kind of person. I LOVE one with Italian tomato sauce, cheese, ground venison, black olives, and onions. For a stranger one (but so, so good) We did a super thin crust with pesto, cheese, onions, basil, garlic, and zucchini! It looked really strange, but was so good!

It tastes so fresh, I really did like it, which was a surprise to me since I'm usually not a basil fan. (If you do try it, I recommend sauteing the onions and zucchini first).

Homemade?
1 frozen bread dough thawed and risen.
Spread it out on the pizza pan and bake @ 425 for 15 minutes.
Bring it out and paint it with olive oil. Add tomato sauce, pickled peppers, cocktail tomatoes, onions, sausage, and Parmesan cheese. Pop back in oven for 20 minutes.

Or hubby's specialty.
Heat up the grill and then take out two whole wheat pita breads to the back yard. Pull a Cherokee Purple tomato off the vine, preferably the size of the pita bread, and cut in slices to cover the bread. Sprinkle lightly with lavender leaves. Top with Asiago cheese. Add the top of a basil plant, preferably with flowers, or sage leaves. And grill until it looks like a pizza is supposed to look like.

Store-bought?
Pineapple and pickled peppers.

I'm from South Philly now. It's an Italian-American neighborhood and we don't have a single pizza chain in this half of the city because they can't compete with the local pizza shops. We're as picky about our pizza as we are about our cheesesteaks. lol

(And neither one of us can eat store-bought because that much olive oil does us in anymore. Ohhh, the foibles of getting old. lol Well, it could be worse. We could be young and like tabasco sauce like a certain German gal on this thread likes. lol)
