The guy I have been seeing for a few months now, massaged my neck after work on Friday to help relieve some pain I had from a migraine that put me in the hospital two nights earlier. All of a sudden he started sniffing my neck, shoulders, and then his hands. I asked what was wrong and commented he loved the way my perfume smelled. I mean he went on for about a half hour telling me this.

It got me thinking what are the smells that are most attractive to you?

Did you then tell him? :

"Why, thank you! I am not wearing any perfume..." :D

Just about any kind of fragrance that my wife buys from Victoria's Secret.

Hoppes No 9 gun cleaner, RemOil, CLP. Those are just smells I like but am not attracted to. I don't know if I've ever been drawn in by the scent of a perfume. Most of the time stuff like that gives me a headache. Weird.

My husband.
Roses.
Lavender.
Vanilla. (Which I read was # 1 for what guys like the most.)
Garlic and onions frying.
Chocolate cake.
That smell after blowing out a match.
Old book.
Campfires or charcoal burning.
The first whiff of spring. (Usually after it rains but the grass and trees look dead.)
Fresh earth.
Sage.
Winter Savory.
Cinnamon.

Oh yeah! I forgot this one...Lysol bathroom cleaner spray. The navy blue bottle.

Have I lost a few brain cells from inhaling chemicals and gasoline and markers and cedar? Probably.

I used to really like the smell of cocaine. I think I like the smell of chloroform, but I don't remember.

...there is approximately 50% chance I am joking.

Personally, I'm thinking those who like the smell of babies aren't remembering "changing a baby's diaper." I think that's worse than 3 hours after a dog eats baked beans for noxious odors.

And, oh, oh on Home Depot and Lowes. Mom would have been pleased. She liked the smell of Pep Boys. (Why does anyone like the smell of tire rubber?)
