We aren't the only ones who seem to enjoy putting people through public shame and guilt with the farce we make of our idea of that phrase. Mormons do it too. We are in good company.

I watched half of it. One of the saddest books I ever read was the story of a young woman whose life was shaped and torn apart by the Mormon practice of shunning. Here is what one person says about the Mormon practice of shunning: Mormon friends cannot really see you past their religion. If they feel like you have rejected it AT ALL, then they will probably feel like you have rejected them. It is commonly observed that Mormonism overrides personal identity and family relationships, so that same totalism or absolutism especially interferes with friendships with non-members. Being shunned common? | Recovery from Mormonism

What surprised me is that the Mormon stuff depicted in that video is really not too much different than the treatment doled out by many of our more conservative churches.

I was so proud of my pastor last week and you would have been too, Willie, as he preached on the list of sins in 1 Peter 1, and made a prolonged plea not to treat the homosexual any differently than any other sinner.

I don't think that taking advantage of people is exclusive to any one religion,it's part of human nature.

OK, so why are we giving a fat rat's backside concerning what a false religion is doing that obviously does not accept God's Word nor is led by the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ.

This is a total complete waste of internet space!

Well, you're gonna love the false grace teaching TV preachin... they butter you up right before offering time and guarantee that if you sow in to their ministry while the soil is hot... yo gonna be gettin you some serious blessing YO
