...They both exist in real life...

...They both have color...

...And I think that's about it...

I'm pretty average I guess. But I am discovering that I stick out like a sore thumb in the secular world. I don't think that's a bad thing. I think everyone is weird in their own way!

I only know we're all different, more so in some ways than in others. It doesnt matter.. but sometimes it does=). It is good to be ourselves, but if we are not like others the way we think, speak, dress up, etc, we do not have to be too conspicuous or attention-getting. Or if different, we dont have to let others stumble, as much as we can.

Oh my Lort!!! And even at my age... I'm still the same as you both!

The older you get... the less you care what others say or think about you..

So I'm just as weird and plain and average just like the next guy

If you are like me you will find you dont fit in the same way as others fit in. You say tings out of touch with what is expected. This is OK as God made us all and we are His.
It does not matter if one is different. Just one needs to protect oneself from hurts when one is not understood. :)

So if you feel a bit different, all is OK. Just be yourself and do your thing, as you are responsible to God and not others. So smile and let yourself be you, just as God intends.

I can relate to this in some ways as this sense of not fitting in was what god used to lead me to him over 25 years ago.Ihave experienced both social exclusion and racism in various situations...
I'm afraid that the world we live in is divided in so many ways from looks,colour,income,height,race,gender,background,disability,intellect...the list goes on.yet in Christ me true purpose and identity is truly found. The world views will soon pass away but what we have is eternal.
