It Is Not A Perfect World,

How we deal with it however, is up to us and
how we react to it. It's easy to say "Why me
Lord", why am I being punished. That is the
way of the flesh. Another way is why not me
Lord; Your will and not mine be done. Paul
says in Romans 5 that we rejoice in our
sufferings knowing that suffering produces
endurance and endurance produces hope
and hope does not put us to shame. We
don't ask for suffering but when it comes, we
surrender to God and accept His healing hands.
We don't know His will so rather than question
why, we just need to trust Him and accept that
we are part of a larger plan. We go deeper in
prayer so that we absorb His glory and become
enabled through our faith that all will done just
as it is written. A quote: Be still and know that
I am your God.

Questions to ask the Lord when suffering:

1. How do you want me to handle this?
2. Is there something I need to learn?
3. How do you want to reveal yourself to me at this time?

Things to pray for and receive:

1. Grace to enable the endurance needed.
2. Ability to continue to bear fruit others to see (He has made me fruitful in the land of my affliction...scripture)
3. Comfort and needed help.
4. Healing in God's perfect way and timing.
