So What Are We Waiting For,

Going to church each Sunday morning is a relevant
part of Christian life. As well as the service, we are
blessed with the fellowship of other Christians, so it
is a fruitful morning. But what about the rest of the
week. Christianity is a 24/7 lifestyle and to help us
become that and live that, it is necessary to read
the Bible. Many take bible study which is also an
enhancement of the faith. Also another opportunity
for fellowship. All of scripture is relevant and all is
written to show the love of God. A good place to
start is the gospels though. Many say I've tried but
I don't understand it. Well none of us will ever know
everything. That does not preclude us from reading
and get what we can. If we read a page and don't
understand 3/4 of it, that means we know 1/4 of it
which we didn't before. And there is a certain joyful
experience in just the reading. It is comforting to us
in its synergy; that alone is valuable.
