Scripture Says You Will Know Them By Their Fruits,
The main point for me is that we should read the Bible
on our own. We should never completely trust anyone
we don't really know or have any experience with. We
can't just come into church, plop ourselves down and
say teach me. Of course in our beginnings there needs
to be a bit of that and we need to start formulating our
journey but the only one we should ever commit to from
the start is Jesus. Scripture study is a great help and a
growing Christian can truly benefit from this. So that as
we read and begin to grow, we are able to recognise
when someone is taking us on a different path. If we run
into a do as I say and not as I do or am person, that is
the time to fall away from their teachings. So let's become
alert by doing our own studies so we are armed with
enough information to know we are guide by God and not
some other factor. There will always be a certain cloud
of unknowing which we need to accept. How can we
totally grasp all that is perfect when humanity is not at this
point, perfect.
