Found a penny while walking out of a gas station the other day.
And yes, I picked it up.

I consider any money found in pockets when I'm doing laundry pay for doing the laundry.

(I don't get paid minimum wages even there. lol)

Here is a question for you all and there is nor right or wrong answer so no need to be afraid to be honest. If you were walking and found a bag full of 100 dollar bills stuffed to the brim but it was sitting near an area that you knew drug dealers and drug makers tend to do their stuff what would do with the money especially if your really needing financial help?
For big bucks like that, I'd put a want ad in the weekly paper. I know I'd get a lot of calls, but the caller would need to tell me how much money it was. If they can do that, it's theirs. And I wouldn't be asking the person's job title to find out if he/she were a drug dealer. It might be a bad job, but I wouldn't want them killed either.

And, honestly? I'd be hoping no one could name the amount. lol

The first house I purchased had belonged to a man who had passed away. His family went through the house and took what they wanted, and the rest was offered to us for a set amount of money. We immediately sold off a lot of the stuff. However, we kept a lot too. A few years later, I happened to find an envelope taped to the bottom of a drawer that had come with the estate. The envelope contained $200.

I asked the Lord what to do with it, seeing as I didn't consider it "mine". I sensed to give $90 to one family and $110 to another (neither family had much extra beyond needs). Later, they got back to me... the family to whom I had given the smaller amount needed an urgent car repair which totaled about $93. The other family had some unexpected bills totalling about $110. I was blessed.

I've found coins many times. I even found a quarter in the dark, because I saw the tiny flash of light as it reflected a distant streetlight. Another time I located a diamond which had fallen out of an engagement ring at church. I have eagle eyes for some things. :)

An interesting aspect of finding money in my dreams is that it usually starts with a coin or two, but once I start picking them up, more and more come into view  I scoop them all up :D

Now that you brought it up, I remember having had similar dreams.

In the last year riding on me bike i've found 2 wallets - they both had in excess of $200 in cash plus multiple cards. Sadly (lol) they both had I.D. thus i felt compelled to return them. One gal when she saw me with her wallet in my hand flew outta the door and gave me a big old hug and said i restored her faith in humanity.

But also i find cash on the ground lots of time - my biggest a 50 dollar bill. I probably pass on average a dollar a day in loose change on the ground ridding on my bike - i wont stop for less than a buck!
