Rotel. I know rotel dip is popular, but the tomatoes Rotel uses are half green. Adding spices to it doesn't help, and dumping a can of rotel tomatoes in a bowl of melted cheese just ruins a good bowl of cheese dip.
Now if they would use riper tomatoes... rotel dip would be heaven in a bowl. Especially with those fritos scoop chips.
