Post your dreams before you forget! I will post mine, because it seems to have a general theme about it. Maybe as I dream on you will see

Another military dream. I was back in uniform going to my new unit, this unit was MP, military police. I didn't know who my leader was, so I went to a civilian Xd. The civilian call the post commander! I was like holy crap, I told told the big top commander in Afghanistan that I'm lost Xd. So I wait with a few other civilians, who were joking around and playing video games. None the less I heard, rooms seems a bit quiet, I turned and saw him. So I yelled ATTTTTTEN,,TION!. I rendered a salute because I was an E5, and he was an 06. He looked friendly, kinda fat faced but in shape. He simply looked at me, didn't return the salute, maybe he didn't see me? Or maybe he thought he wasn't the right distance away? Either way I was nervous, and something happened at the ECP to where I was woken up, never being able to him, as I lay in bed in zombie mode, I miss the uniform, I lost alot of Friends, and I'm lost in all my dreams lol.

Recurring "packing" dream...

For months, at least three times a week and sometimes every night, I dreamt I was away from home, usually on a trip with a bunch of other people, and I was packing to come home. Sometimes I had a suitcase, sometimes I had a duffle. In every dream, I was packing things I'd bought or acquired on that particular trip. In one dream, I was moving an entire household home from vacation, and grabbing huge lawn-size garbage bags to put things in because I was out of room!

In the dream, I never actually "leave" to go home, it's just packing, packing... looking everywhere to make sure I got everything, looking under beds, in cupboards, etc.

Has anyone else ever had a packing dream? I think I finally figured out what it meant! PM me if you've ever had a packing dream, and we can compare notes! :-D

I've had lots of crazy dreams, like the sky being so filled with birds that they blacked out the sun, then the birds were in my house and would bite me anytime I got close.
My favorite dream was being attacked by zombies. Everything in the dream was in exactly the same place as it was in real life. First the dream started with some walking up to my front door and when I went out to greet them ran at me. When I went to go back inside the house was full of zombies and they all looked the same and wore the same outfit. So I ran to the empty house across the street and there was this old man I used to work for living there. I kept showing me accessories for a swimming pool, go figure. Then he gave me an M1 grand (rifle) and we when into a cematary to kill zombies, we shot them over and over but they wouldn't die. Then we were back at the empty house. Now the ground was covered in snow and all the trees were missing limbs, were the limbs were cut the trees were bleeding.
In the dream I decided to try and kill the zombies again so I could get back home. Just then a large red pickup truck pulled up and Santa Claus got out of the truck and he was about 10 foot tall. Then all the zombies were gone and the dream ended.

I did asked a Christian psychologist about the dream.
Zombies represent social stress, people and socializing were stressing me out at the time.
The old man was part of my own personality.
Santa Claus represents hope.
Guns can mean..ah....male stuff or it could mean that the dreamer is missing or hitting their mark.

So I was having trouble socializing, I was stressed out and missing the mark because I was trying to socialize with the wrong people or in the wrong way.

I'm a very vivid dreamer. I used to write them down because they could be a plot for a novel should I ever consider getting serious on about writing one.

The other night, I dreamt that I got into a drug dealing thug group (in Singapore! How far from reality) - I accepted a part time job recommended by someone at work and then realised I couldn't back out anymore and they were doing illegal stuff. The scenario changed to me waking up and finding blood everywhere in the house. I realised that the thugs may have been after me and harmed the people I'm living with. I went to the bathroom but when I went out, the person who greeted me was my roommate and it was as if she didn't notice the pool of blood in the kitchen / living room - it was hazy. Apparently, I figured out that she went psycho when the thugs came over and she killed two of them and kept them in her bedroom. I greeted her normally (but I was terrified) and she seemed okay. Here it becomes a lucid dream. She usually takes half an hour in the bathroom so I used that time to pack all my important stuff and left the house quietly. I ran to the police station.

My favourite dream would be Jackie Chan teaching me how to fight. Mom said I had a very high fever then and I would get up and do my stunts.

That is the coolest thing ever... and zombies don't mean "stress" to everyone, I happen to love zombie movies... the zombie dreams I've had have actually been enjoyable, and it sounds like yours were, too! You said it was your fave part of the dream lol... so I'd have to disagree with your psychologist on that one!

It might just mean that you were gaming a lot in a first person shooter game hehehe ;-D

Everyone dreams every night! We have about 6-8 of them. But we don't remember them unless we wake up in the middle of them. :( You must wake up between dream cycles.

My fave dreams ever.... are the house dreams. I love house dreams. Different houses...sometimes I will revisit the same imaginary dream house more than once, sometimes these dreams are months or even years apart from each other.

But the best part of the house dreams is that I always find a new room that I never knew existed... and it's such a sense of possibility! I open the door and walk in, and it's like,"Oh my gosh, I totally forgot we had this room!" or something like that lol. It's such a nice feeling. :)

Are you able to have that dream again and master those moves with Jackie Chan!? That sounds EPIC, not the fever part though

Haha maybe, if I do a Jackie Chan movie marathon which I've been planning to do for years now. Do you like him too?! I LOVE him and all his movies (even the ones when he was still very young with Sammo Hung).

I love all of his movies! He is a great man, both in the fist and the heart. I don't know if I have seen a movie where he was super young, but he sure is an all time favorite! Try to get his signature on the next dream xD

Lol! It'd probably fade away before I wake up though. He has a new movie, the foreigner!! I think it's something like Taken and I loved Taken. I'm itching to watch it but I'll probably just wait for the dvd to come out because of school stuff.

I used to have dreams that I was awake and but wake up to find I was just dreaming just to find that that too was a dream. More of a nightmare.
And I would have dreams about waking up and doing what I did every day and then really wake up to find out that I slept too late.

Music or a tv being on while I'm sleeping will give me the strangest dreams. And taking anitbotics give me weird dreams too for some reason.

If you want some wild dreams. Put a nicotine patch on before bed.
