Hello people of CC
So it's been a while. I haven't been on since December of last year and let me tell you, that was the worst month of my life. I was extremely stressed and depressed. In January of this year, God took me on an amazing journey of self love and acceptance; things were looking up . Then, on February 16th, 2017, a doctor said the two words I'd been waiting years to hear: you're pregnant. I still like to replay that moment in my mind
I can't believe how different things are now compared to this time just one year ago. God blessed us with an amazing new apartment, which we got just in time; we moved in just a couple weeks before our son was born. Now we're just praying on a vehicle
The delivery went very well. I had planned on getting the epidural; I was praying I would be able to. So of course, by the time I got to the hospital, I was too far along to get it lol I feel like God was telling me, "you think you can't do this without the epidural, but I'm gonna show you that you can." My midwife says I did really, really well
Wolfric, born 10/10/17 at 11:55 am.; 7 weeks old tomorrow. So far he's been fiesty, grumpy and serious; he's like an old man with an insatiable appetite
