well, first you make a ordinary fire, you keep feeding it so you get lots of hot ashes. Then you heat stones in the fire/ the dying fire. when you get them hot, you can put the stones around your meat. then you put something on top (like leaves) and then sand on top of that again. -- It will cook like in a ordinary stone oven
