Have a question

I don’t know if this was a dream or a vision.
I usually don’t put too much into dreams. But the other night I had either a dream or vision. I was looking up at the sky and it was filled with white clouds. They looked almost like ice. There was One small area that had a hole where you can see blue and a bright light came through. Then from this hole was a ladder also white looked like it was made of cloud. Then down the ladder came
A lamb then a lion then a bear and they also were white.
Any ideas on what this would mean. Or was it just nothing.

It is very hard to interpret dreams.

Maybe it has to do with something in your mind, something you read, or a show you had watched.

If you do have a dream from above I don't think you would have any doubt as to what it meant.

Ice is often used as symbolism for an absence of warmth (love) which are to be the current conditions mentioned in Matt 24:12..because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold". The lamb and lion seem to be the most obvious symbols here, but the bear is interesting as mention of it in biblical text, such as Hosea 13:8 "I will encounter them like a bear robbed of her cubs" denotes a bear's grumpy disposition while noting its protectiveness of its young. Was it not also (two) mama bear that tore up Elisha's mockers?

If you had this imaging while a sleep or daydreaming with eyes closed, then it is a dream. If you see something, with your eyes open, other than what is be reflected from the physical world in your field of eye vision, then it is called a 'vision'. If you had a vision, you would know it was no dream.

In psychology, one dream theory, tells that everything in your dream is a reflection of yourself in one way or another. So, the sky, clouds, ladder, and particularly the lamb, lion, and bear, is a part of you. Try and interpret the dream by seeing those parts as parts of you.
