I would if that person doesn't restrict me and hold me back from my walk with God

The Bible specifically says not to.

Nope. I have put many thoughts into this. One of the biggest is, if you have kids. You teach your kids about God and Christ and salvation. While their own parent is not saved. Essentially hell bound. How do you explain to a child that you purposefully married someone, their parent, knowing they would go to hell?
That's just one of many thoughts I think about on the subject.
It is a foolish idea.

It's not just for the kid's sake. How do I trust him, if he doesn't trust the Lord? How can he guide me, if he doesn't trust the Lord? How can he protect me? How can I take care of him? How do I guide him? How do I encourage him? What in the world is the base for our marriage? Nothing!

Hard enough to be married with the Lord. Useless without him!

But he would. Guaranteed! He already has by saying he won't follow the Lord.

It's like tiptoeing on eggshells determined not to break any. It canNOT stand the stress! Those eggshells will break and you will be faulted.

Um let’s see, one person wants to go to church on Sunday, the other wants to
lie in bed.

One person wants to go clubbing, the other wants to go to the prayer meeting.

One person wants their children to go to Sunday school, the other tells them there is no God.

One wants to go to the christmas carol service the other wants to go celebrating with friends.

One wants to have a prayer time and bible study most days, the other wants to chill out and
watch TV.

When trouble comes one wants to pray as a couple and take it to God, seek answers from
God. The other says don’t be daft, God doesn’t exist.

Do you see the problem.

But ... do we know the unsaved person's lifestyle is clubbing/boozing/apostate, or are we just assuming.

Who was it ... Isaiah who married a prostitute?

There are those that are saved without even realizing it. This is can be evident by observing how one conduct's their life, what their priorities are, how they treat others and things like that. If I were single I would definitely consider marrying someone that hasn't been saved but fortunately I didn't have to make that choice.

I don't and won't question Gods ability to work and save. Nor will i ignore a persons will to maybe get saved.
Plus, the unsaved do get blessed by God, likewise the children through the believet

The first I think, is more about when an unsaved person becomes saved but their spouse
is still unbelieving, that’s a different situation entirely. I know several people where that
has happened and eventually the unbelieving spouse has been save through the
testimony, chnages and witness of the saved spouse.

It’s quite different to seek to marry an unbelieving person in the hope that later they will
be saved.
