I’ve not flown very much. The first time was kind of nerve wracking, but the other times I enjoyed it- even the tubulence. It felt like a roller coaster ride. If it upsets you, take a tranquilizer. I had a minor outpatient procedure a couple of years ago, and was given a valium for first time and everything was copacetic. I can seriously see how people can get addicted to pills.

I sleep most of the time whenever I fly. I don't need a pill. It's actually a sort of an inborn, inherited skill from my mom. She gets sleepy every time she travels, be it in a car, bus, or even on a motorcycle. So I think I got that from her :D

I can sleep peacefully whenever I fly as long as there's not much turbulence.
