Some people already said this one...but "Come Thou Fount" is probably my favorite.
I also like "Be Thou My Vision." (I realllly like Jars of Clay's version of it.)

"I Have Decided to Follow Jesus"
I love many hymns, but for the past few months that one has been my favorite. *shrug* who knows though? My favorite hymn may be different in the coming months. Oh, and coupled with I Have Decided (like as a segue into that hymn) I really love "As the Deer Panteth for the Water."
