It is impossible for us humans not to sin. We should TRY not to sin, and stay away from what we know can make us weaker, but we will sin...
that's why Jesus died for us , to save those who regret and accept his sacrifice
We have all sinned. We have to make the effort to stop, though, I believe. It helps to walk with the Lord because he'll show us what needs to be done.

i was talking to my dad about this last night when i met him after so many days , he said very good point , In the oldtestament , when people sinned they used to be punished by god instantly but after jesus came and died for our sins , its like he already paid for our sins , so from there its all mercy and grace ... but i have very unsolvable question , when its jesus and Christianity and new testament , why do we still have to follow Oldtestament?

well, Jesus said he didn't come to abolish the law but to fulfill it, people do disagree a lot about how much out of the OT should be followed though
clearly death penalty is out of the picture as Jesus died for us, but apart from that, many will say one thing and many another
