In the “old” days, dresses went down to the knee or farther, and some people thought women should always wear dresses or skirts.

I think you are better off without makeup.

You’re might be better off without jewelry, except maybe a wedding ring, if you are married.

The Bible says we are supposed to be chaste.

There is a Bible passage that tells us we are to present ourselves in a modest fashion, I believe:

[22] And convince some, who doubt;
[23] save some, by snatching them out of the fire; on some have mercy with fear, hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. Jude 22:23 RSV

1 Peter 3:3-4
Do not let your adornment be merely outward—arranging the hair, wearing gold, or putting on fine apparel— rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God.

Part of the above also mentions wives being submissive to their husbands, so if this is for married woman or women in general I'm not sure but...

1 Timothy 2:9-10
...in like manner also, that the women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with propriety and moderation, not with braided hair or gold or pearls or costly clothing, but, which is proper for women professing godliness, with good works.

Hmmm just a question...does the Bible really say anything about make up? Just a guess but it weren't invented in those days right? Unless they made foundation out of like eroded stones and stuff?

Lightbliss quoted relevant versses up above. I suggest reading those.

One's beauty should never be determined on outward things, whether it's clothing, jewelry or whatever. It's the inside that counts. As it says in the verses, it's about the inward spirit of a person reflecting outwardly.

This doesn't mean jewelry, or nice clothing or nice styling is wrong, it's just a call to have your priorities in the right place aesthetically. Priority should be given to cultivating an inward beauty.

Dressing should also be done in a way that someone isn't lead into temptation to have lustful thoughts. I think we can find balance on that issue without coming up with outrageous bogus scenarios to justify an extreme either way. In other words a woman doesn't need to wear a veil and a dress that goes down to her toes just so a guy won't lust. Use some common sense in case you're tempted to hit reply and come up with some silly "well what about bla bla bla" scenario. ;)
