It's a little to emo for my tastes.

Is there music to this song? If so, what's the tempo like? I really like the message, but I'm having a real hard time imaging any certain sound to it. My favorite part is, "you deserve to be happy". There's so much dread and pain right up until the very last, and then you have that sudden, and contrasting resolve. I like it.

I'm still working on the music. its meant to be sung by two people.

As I read your lyrics written out in your latest post I hear a steady, medium tempo. I'm fascinated with music. I play guitar and can play along with the radio somewhat, but I really, really want to write my own music. It ain't easy though. Good for you! Keep it up.
