Many people have confessed the Lord as their savior, and try their best to live in a way that pleases him. And many people go on in that same position of security of salvation, which is not secure until we have been able to maintain it till the end.
There is, however, SO MUCH MORE that comes about as a result of our confession, and the realization as Jesus as our Lord. The whole purpose of why he came in the flesh, and why he died, and why he rose, offers so much more than typical Christians receive. There are so many more BENEFITS to it all.
I received my Benefits package from my job today, and I usually just throw them away, and don't look at them again. Silly, and young, I thought I don't need benefits I have Jesus Christ. But why should we limit ourselves from the FULL measure he has for us? Why are we satisfied in our little righteousness, and stop seeking him? I looked at it, and it said:

WOW!! This is terrible!!! And the title of the section is BENEFIT CHOICES!!!
Silly, and young. The blood of Jesus was not only shed for atonement, it was shed for BENEFITS. The children of the kingdom can FREELY enjoy these benefits IF they choose to. A few of these natural benefits stick out to me. I only know a little, but several of these natural benefits remind me of the benefits Jesus offers.
Medical- Jesus Christ's blood offers healing
Vision Eyewear-- Jesus offers vision, in that we can see into the Spiritual matters more clearly
Flexible Spending Account for health care- There is nothing concerning our health that should be an issue since our father has more than enough provision for our health through the blood of Jesus.
Company-Paid Life Insurance- WE DON"T HAVE TO PAY FOR OUR OWN LIFE INSURANCE!! Jesus Christ paid once and for all for our eternal life insurance at calvary. And it is COMPANY PAID!
Until now, I have not taken part in the full benefits of my job. There is so much more AFTER THE GOSPEL for the Saints. We can't be children forever.
