And I DID see it on the news. Yeah uhm so I'm definately going into some deep prayer cuzz 4real.
I'm already a germ freak and just to even hear about that is making me freak out.

lol. i hear you guys,. ive been watching the news hugging the pillows., its scary. i heard 4 people died in michigan already.. and it's already decalred as pandemic phase 4... where phase 6 is the worst & the worlldwide disease. they say some folks frmo mexico are afraid of being declared as ground zero (race erased from history lol and i dont know if this one is true) .. and mexican citizens just stay inside their houses

yeah Its not phase 4 anymore now its phase 5....Im not happy.....
I really hope it doesnt go to phase 6 though.

no cases in australia, we have these weird scanning things at the airport that tell you if you have it though..

i saw that there like heat sensors or some weird thing

Hey guys do you remeber Bird flu, which was supposed to kill 60% of the people on the planet and didnt come to much. also remember things like MRSA which was supposed to spread and be a killer. sars etc.

It's basically been blown out of all proportion by the media in order to sell papers and make money. I wouldnt worry about it. unless you have been in Mexico over the last few weeks

I disagree with that bc it has already killed over a hundred people.
Besides....I'd rather blow things out of proportion and be safe than to just act like nothings happening and wait around for
more people to get infected. Better safe than sorry.....

Ok at THIS time with our economy especially....
We would not waste money on masks and supplies to prevent more ppl from getting it
just for media.
CDC is sending out important alerts that we all need to hear.

100 people dead out of 6 billion in the span of a few weeks...I like my odds! Really though, it is just the flu of a new strain. We get new strains of flu every year. Each is a little stronger than the last (as the germs adapt to our immune systems which we toughen through new antibiotics). Like anything else, wash your hands! Sanitize your space! be careful! Common sense things. Last time I was in Mexico, I noticed that in most of the places I went, people didn't exactly have a firm grasp of sanitation or the like. In places like that, even the simplist flu can be deadly, not to mention an advanced strain. All the pictures I saw in the paper of people walking around in masks were from...guess where...Mexico!

I think we'll be ok.

Im pretty sure u saw it in NYC too.....
