Which of you are limited by the faith of Moses? Which of you are limited by the faith of Elijah? Are you limited by the faith of David? Of Abraham? These were men, indeed righteous men, but there is one that is greater!!! Which of you will merely dare to have the Faith of Jesus? Who will believe God without the signs, miracles, wonders? It is because God loves us and desires us that he gives us this privilege.

My friends, will you trust God in life and in death? Many people who seek signs will be deceived by the signs of that wicked one who will deceive the world. Are you of this world? Can you not discern the signs of the times? Which of you must have a miracle in order to believe the gospel? Which of you must see the holes in the arm of the Messiah to believe he died and rose again on the third day? These things were only written to increase your faith, and to keep you focused on that hope. That is all. It was written to give you some faith to believe it until you see the manifestation. Will you be like Thomas?

And even in this, if we don not know the Love of God, we can only say words, but in our words, there can be no power. The kingdom is not in words, but in power. May Jesus bless you.

Hey, I understand what you're saying, but even without the love of GOD there is much power in our words. I'm not tryna argue with you, but, even the bible says power of life and death is in the tongue. People kill each others dreams and give life to their dreams in words every day. Anyhow maybe I missed your point. True tho, the kingdom is in power. Even Jesus said if you don't believe my words, believe my actions.

What power was there in the words of the false prophets that challenged the God of Israel? They did their incantations and NOTHING. There is only one God, all other images are but images. The only one who can give life is Jesus. He IS Life. May Jesus bless you.

I think what you said is definitely true. The enemy can show us false signs of God's "non-existence" just as easily as God can show us the truth. Yes, signs are great and they're definitely spirit lifters. But when they're all we rely on, we can never be sure of what to trust. At the same time, sometimes we do know that sign. To quote Meredith Andrews, "believing what I can't see has never come naturally to me." I think it's just a matter of being careful how much we focus on signs and how much we just trust our Lord. :)

Worship the Lord God with all your heart, all your soul and all your mind, have not IDOLS before HIM.

Do not worship the signs, do not worship the angels, do not worship the earth, your husband, your kids, your job, you life, your body. Place NOTHING before the WORSHIP of GOD.

that does not mean not to honor and take care of the world and all that has been entrusted into your care but GIVE GOD THE GLORY and thanks and praises for ALL you are given that is GOOD in your life. It was not through your hands but through the GRACE of GOD.

BE LIKE JESUS. BE PERFECT and follow only the Voice of Truth and you will learn to walk on water, cast out demons, heal the sick and defeat the giants, if you have the faith of a mustard seed you can calm the storms and tell mountains to move, but without LOVE that is nothing. So first learn to LOVE ONE ANOTHER. Milk is good for babies but it is time to grow some TEETH and get to the MEAT of the Bible which is learning to WALK with God.
