My favourites are:

Shantaram (Gregory David Roberts)
Cloud Atlas (David Mitchell)
Life of Pi (Yann Martel)
The Time Traveller's Wife (Audrey Niffenegger)
Neither Here Nor There (Bill Bryson)
And books by Max Lucado, I find them very encouraging.

At the moment I'm reading Reaching For The Invisible God by Philip Yancey, it's very good so far.

Last book? ...erh, I can't remember the name of it, and that's really annoying, cause it was a good one! :p

Before it i read The Shack. and I don't care what the critics say, I LOVED IT
