Why if it is against rules are so many people allowed to post anti-christian garbage, and then there are those who claim to be christian but have amazingly wacked out ideas about God and the Bible, usually due to taking scripture out of context (but some are just out there). And so few people know how to debate, I you do not listen to what people say and answer their questions/claims (not just state your point again and again) you are not debating, just arguing. I don't know how many times I was told I was wrong without explanation of why or told that they believe what they believe and don't care what anyone else thinks, it's sad. I remember now why I left this forum months ago, guess deep down I had hoped things had changed. Think I am going to start my own forum, one where people will be free to express themselves and debate without fear of attacked by the 'crazies'.

I truly hope that this forum changes and becomes a place of discussion about our beliefs and faith, a place of learning more about God, for building each other up and praying for each other.

I agree, however I can almost guarantee you that if you make a public forum you will end up with the same... people like to argue,
especially online when they don't have to face the real consequences

Except that if I ran a public for I would have the control to actually enforce the same rules that are already in place here but are rarely enforced.

I must admit, from my perspective too, reaction times have been slow lately. I can vividly remember a time enforcement was fast and strict. I suspect the same standards are in place, only that mods haven't got to them; for whatever reason.
It could be staffing issues, but now i'm just speculating.

the mods are busy and doing this for free, give them a break and just ignore the transgressors.
