Some of you have been mislead concerning blessing, and what that blessing is when a person is blessed. Because many people have associated earthly riches with kingdom riches, they have ignored the message of Jesus Christ, and have sought a reward on this earth for their labor, which is not labor but idleness.

Not blessed are people who have fancy cars and large houses.
Not blessed are people who have much money and good jobs.
Not blessed are people who say Lord, but don't obey him.
Not blessed are people who say they are Christians but don't follow Jesus.

And so, it is a trick to think that someone is more blessed than you because they are more well off in this world. I tell you, they will not take anything with them. It will all be rotten and moth eaten. If you want to know the blessings of God:

Rev 19:9 And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.

Rev 16:15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

Rev 14:13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write, Blessed are the dead which die in the Lord from henceforth: Yea, saith the Spirit, that they may rest from their labours; and their works do follow them.

Matt 5:3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Matt 5:4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
Matt 5:5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
Matt 5:6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
Matt 5:7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
Matt 5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.
Matt 5:9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
Matt 5:10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Matt 5:11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

May Jesus bless you.
