Nothing more than fish and trees, that is what men are in the sight of God. Just fish and trees.

And now it isn't so hard to understand the position of man, and the operation of man in a wicked world. Have we become altogether like fish, who go about their business as if they have no ruler? Carefree? Or have we become altogether like trees, that go through seasons without regard to the need of the sun and rain to feed them?

There are divers types of fish in the sea, and many strange ones, many different behaviors, some poisonous others harmless. And yet, all are subject to be prey or predators. They live to eat and have offspring. And are we no better than fish? Are we no better than the beasts of the field then? Do we just live to eat, drink and be merry? To have children, and hope their children will have children? How is this any better than animals? This is foolishness then.

If God made put us over the animals, and esteemed us more than these animals, how have we become like them? Even animals know the need for sun and water, and humans, silly humans, turn a fist toward God, who could easily stop the rain and hide the sun. Weak and feeble are people then. Silly, filling their hearts with all sorts of vanity, which will only vex their very souls till death. Because with them, nothing is attainable, nothing is certain. They are lost in a dark world, and who will be their light? Surely they have been in darkness so long, that the light trapped in their eyes is their only source of light, creating images for them to praise and worship, till that wicked man, who shall come as an angel of light, will deceive their eyes, and close their ears, and darken their hearts, so that they will not seek Jesus Christ WHO IS THE ONLY ONE TRUE MESSIAH!!!

Jesus Christ DIED!!! HE NOT ONLY DIED HE WAS CRUCIFIED!! YOU DON'T KNOW PAIN! YOU DON'T KNOW SUFFERING!! YOU DON'T KNOW LOVE!
And Jesus Christ has put it into my heart that ANY disciple of His MUST DAILY pick up his cross and follow HIM!! ANYONE WHO LOVES THIS LIFE WILL CERTAINLY LOOSE IT! But anyone that has forsaken this life WILL GAIN LIFE!!

Jesus brings the increase, WE HAVE TO HAVE FAITH AS IT IS WRITTEN: THE JUST SHALL LIVE BY HIS FAITH!!

ANY TREE THAT DOES NOT BEAR FRUIT WILL BE CUT DOWN AND THROWN INTO THE FIRE. ANY FISH THAT DOES NO PLEASE THE FISHERMAN WILL BE CAST OUT OF HIS NET!!

May Jesus bless you.

(some people will eat ya)

Bullheads - some people are

Crayfish - some people pinch you (crabby)

Clams - some people are ashamed of Jesus

Buffalo fish - they have there own way

Carp - some people take up space

Suckers - listen to everything and anything

Shiners - some people do allot of bragging

Perch - some people feed on ronchy stuff

Sun fish - beautiful fish that reflects the sun (we are to reflect the son)

God throws out His drag net and only keeps certain fish, the rest He doesn't keep.

:) That made me smile. Well, there are many various and strange types than this. Isn't it just marvelous to see how God set this all in perfect order? May Jesus bless you my friend. We can learn SO much from the Lord. And Jesus has the net to catch them all. :)

"Like creatures who wander as if there is no God over them." These Jesus spoke of when He said, "Follow Me and I will make you fishers of men." This is of course, after a person hears the word of God (the hook), repents and follows in the beginning of Christ's ministry, when He said, "Follow Me, and I will make you fishers of men." No matter how a person sees him or herself, that sinner needs to repent. There is one creature God created that is more cunning than than any beast of the field; so cunning as to deceive that part of us that we trust most about ourselves.

If God made put us over the animals, and esteemed us more than these animals, how have we become like them?
For although they knew God, they did not honor him as God or give thanks to him, but they became futile in their thinking, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Claiming to be wise, they became fools, and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images resembling mortal man and birds and animals and creeping things. Therefore God gave them up in the lusts of their hearts to impurity, to the dishonoring of their bodies among themselves,
(Rom 1:21-24)

Fishing from a tree thread?
Because it is creation language, creation itself teaches us who we are and why we are that way in God's sight. To point at another person and say, "You pig" isn't as great an understanding as it is to personally consider what these things mean about who we are by these many natures; And who we should be when we have dominion over each, according to each kind. Jesus spoke more about the creature nature of swine than any other parable of creatures. By saying this, I am not saying that I fully understand each and every one of these. But I do know this witness is true. What I do understand has helped me in many ways. When a person walks with Jesus, and listens carefully to His teaching, all the laws and words of the prophets are being fulfilled within the nature of that person. In other words, Jesus is teaching how to have dominion over each creature nature; the swine is one that should become evident to each of us who hear and see these things on a personal level. The first two commandments; to love our Heavenly Father with all out heart mind and soul, and our neighbor as ourself; challenges us in everything we say and do. Every creature nature we are to have dominion over, is challenged in our everyday life. Every person should be able to identify the warring that takes place from within. This warring is with natures that want to have control of us.

I'm glad you understand that, because, to be honest, I haven't got a single clue as to what you are getting at. Swine, trees, fish, dominion, man, and how exactly they are tied together with the crucifixion of Christ.

Seems like you got several things going all at once...........and they don't really fit. But, now, that may just be me, so.....

I also can't help but notice that this is the second really old thread you have dug up. Some guy named Ramon authored this one back in 2011, and now you are responding to my comments as if you are the Author.

Are you Ramon come back to us as Yaright? Any chance you are also giantone?
