I have a dilemma, I referred a fellow Christian that I graduated with, for a job, I dreamed, prayed and asked God to bring a fellow Christian in so we may work for the Lord I love my job because the bulk of the work I do for the Lord results from this place. So by God's grace she is hired, we have been doing well, but one day she picked up her paycheck as well as mine, and she opened it. I was a bit upset, used humor to shake it off and forgave her. Now 1 week ago she did it again, and again she apologized, and indicated it was not intentional. I told her that the next time it happens, I would report her. This was my email to her:

Hello ___

Wow it has been so so busy at the ____ and with all the computer and broken cabinet problems, it has been quite challenging. I have not had a chance to really think about the whole week but I have been thinking about the "check issue". Right now I have to be honest with you _____I am having a trust issue with you. One of the things I prayed for when I was blessed with the position at ________ was that a Christian would get the job, and once I knew that it possibly would be you, I prayed that considering we had not communicated for about 6-7 years, we would develop a spiritual, respectful and trusting environment. I hope as time goes by this is something we can develop. I have to tell you ______ if this would have happened to someone else at the ______all hell would have broken loose, cause realistically its a private property issue. Considering this has happened twice, I have to tell you, if it happens again I am going to have to speak to _____. So right now I will pray about peace, trust and just give me time to start to trust you again.

Many Blessings Jesus4ever,

Give me your advice, what could I have done differently?
