Yesterday, for the first time in years I confessed that
I hate my mom's lawnmower!!!!!!!!!!--I had not used that word in so long that it felt like a relief to tell God that I hated it...
After trying to fix the thing once, and putting new blades on it...it bent the new blades...I had to retake the bolts that are incredibly tuff to take off the lawnmower, plus the deck off of the seat and take it somewhere--now it needs a new chaft, but they don't sell the chaft alone that has the star to put the blades on the mower; so you have to buy a whole spindle kit that will come in next week.

I hate things that break easily and are expensive, parts that you can't buy without getting a lot of stuff you don't need and many other things...

I tried bending the blade back into shape, but that was a disaster that lasted 15 minutes of cutting.

So is it okay to hate things...
Also list something you hate.

God bless
tony

ps. Mushrooms are also hated and are disgusting and don't believe a word of anyone who tells you otherwise.

Can you hate 'things'? Sure!

Is it a waste of emotional energy? Probably.

"Your eyes are full of hate, forty-one. That's good. Hate keeps a man alive. It gives him strength." - Ben-Hur

Personally, I hate beets, and it's that hate that gives me the strength to keep on going.

I really hate that lawn mower...it breaks everytime we use it...and its complicated to fix...

Plus, I hate how when you get some part replaced on something...and its almost the same thing...but not quite...so there is always something going wrong because it is always a little off...

For example, I had to replace the 'spindle assembly' on the lawn mower...but the new spindle is like an inch smaller in diameter than the original one...so the drive belt is always coming off...grrr...and today it clean broke...so now I had to try and replace the belt, went to Lowes, some lady is like that should do it...I am like okay...I get the belt, get it onto this incredibly hard spindle--I had to scrush it back and forth....and then I find out the darn belt is tooooo big....grrrr...so now I have got to get it off--by scruching...and go back to Lowes, and then scruch it back on...and then it probably will still keep coming off because the spindle that was replaced is a like an inch too small...

Woe is me!

God bless
tony

Hate is a very strong word/emotion. I try to use it sparingly, but saying that you hate "someTHING", I don't think is so bad. I hate anger, and hurtful words, (and intent to anger or hurt someone else,) pointing fingers at another, thinking one is always right, sickness, curse words, and just plain meanness. I dislike orange juice, dieting, mud on my floor, and dirty dishes being brought down from upstairs RIIIIGHT after I've drained the water from the sink!! As Stillwaters pointed out, hate is wasted emotional energy.... so I try to dwell on the fun stuff more.

btw....... Im reallllllllly looking forward to some mushroom pizza tomorrow night........hahahaha!!

I hate mushrooms that you put on pizza, but I like the mushrooms you hunt and fry..mmmmhmmmm
I hate tomatoes, but I love katsup.
I hate cursewords, but I love the word
I hate depression, but I love being left alone
I hate cleaning, but I love cleanliness
I hate how much time I spend on the computer, but I love the advice in it

GRRR so many compromises
