I told you I would make another post about this.

I just want to put some verses that show this very well in the ministry of Jesus Christ. These moments were really tense. And at the end I will post a video I posted a while ago about a man who was raised from the dead, to go a long with this to show exactly that Jesus Christ still heals, and raises from the dead today. And I tell you the truth, anyone who saw a dead man come to life would surely believe him. It is so sad that because of disbelief many people did not have the honor of walking with the Lord!! What a missed event! Amazing!! We are not talking flesh, we are talking the CREATOR OF ALL THINGS!!! WOW!!! Okay here we go:

1 When he was come down from the mountain, great multitudes followed him.
2 And, behold, there came a leper and worshipped him, saying, Lord, if thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
3 And Jesus put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will; be thou clean. And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
4 And Jesus saith unto him, See thou tell no man; but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
Matthew 8

[Now I am sure the multitudes got tense to see if the man would actually be healed. It is like that long pause on those game shows. Everyone waits holding their breathes to see what would happen. And continue reading to see how the Pharisees treated the man. And how the man yet gave him glory!!!]

2 And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.
3 And, behold, certain of the scribes said within themselves, This man blasphemeth.
4 And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts?
5 For whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and walk?
6 But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house.
Matthew 9

[Now this was a big blow to them. The scribes truly were thinking evil in their hearts. Just because they hated Jesus they would actually prevent him from healing someone? Forget the reasons they might have wanted him not to do it, but think about why anyone would even want someone to not be healed? What law would prevent anyone from being merciful? Obviously they didn't know God, and that he is kind and merciful. ''I WILL HAVE MERCY, NOT SACRIFICE!!]

HAHAH!!! WATCH WHAT THEY SAY NEXT!!! HAHAHA AND WHAT JESUS SAYS!!

11 And when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto his disciples, Why eateth your Master with publicans and sinners?
12 But when Jesus heard that, he said unto them, They that be whole need not a physician, but they that are sick.
13 But go ye and learn what that meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice: for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
Matthew 9

SEE!! Jesus knew their hearts!! But sometimes people get offended when the spotlight is no longer on them:

1 And it came to pass, when Jesus had made an end of commanding his twelve disciples, he departed thence to teach and to preach in their cities.
2 Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples,
3 And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another?
4 Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and shew John again those things which ye do hear and see:
5 The blind receive their sight, and the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, and the poor have the gospel preached to them.
6 And blessed is he, whosoever shall not be offended in me.
Matthew 11

But Jesus knew John:

7 ¶And as they departed, Jesus began to say unto the multitudes concerning John, What went ye out into the wilderness to see? A reed shaken with the wind?
8 But what went ye out for to see? A man clothed in soft raiment? behold, they that wear soft clothing are in kings' houses.
9 But what went ye out for to see? A prophet? yea, I say unto you, and more than a prophet.
10 For this is he, of whom it is written, Behold, I send my messenger before thy face, which shall prepare thy way before thee.
11 Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he.
Matthew 11

NOW THIS IS THE BIG ONE!!! NOW YOU CAN SEE WHY JESUS WAITED 2 DAYS BEFORE HE WENT TO LAZARUS!!!

1 Now a certain man was sick, named Lazarus, of Bethany, the town of Mary and her sister Martha.
2 (It was that Mary which anointed the Lord with ointment, and wiped his feet with her hair, whose brother Lazarus was sick.)
3 Therefore his sisters sent unto him, saying, Lord, behold, he whom thou lovest is sick.
4 When Jesus heard that, he said, This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.
5 Now Jesus loved Martha, and her sister, and Lazarus.
6 When he had heard therefore that he was sick, he abode two days still in the same place where he was.
7 Then after that saith he to his disciples, Let us go into Judæa again.
8 His disciples say unto him, Master, the Jews of late sought to stone thee; and goest thou thither again?
9 Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world.
10 But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him.
11 These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep.
12 Then said his disciples, Lord, if he sleep, he shall do well.
13 Howbeit Jesus spake of his death: but they thought that he had spoken of taking of rest in sleep.
14 Then said Jesus unto them plainly, Lazarus is dead.
John 11

Jesus increased the expectation for this miracle, because this miracle would be a witness of his power. And I am so sure that Satan wanted to prevent this, even as he goes on even today to demote the TRUTH that Jesus rose from the dead!!! JESUS ROSE FROM THE DEAD!!!

So there was expectation, but when their hope was fulfilled what joy did it bring!!! God is so so so wise!!! May Jesus bless you.
