Judas will betray you.
Jesus knew who would betray him, but he gave the same authority, and the same love. He did not stop loving his disciples. On that night, and up until that night, the heart of Judas grew colder and colder, and more doubtful and wrathful. He was a thief, he didn't care for people. He was money hungry. And on that night, Satan entered him, possessed him, and he delivered the Son of God up to be counted among the thieves. How incredible is that? A thief betrayed a righteous man, as a thief.
The Lord Jesus let me experience, in a small measure what he went through on that night. Also on a particular night, I saw the betrayal of Judas again. This time it was not by one, but by many, having their own hearts hardened against Jesus, and so when many would have thought these were righteous people, vile angry words came out of their mouths. The whole time I sat shocked and amazed at the reaction to simple words telling one that Jesus said to FORGIVE!! I was mocked and mistreated badly for this, but it was strange because people I thought were okay started in. It was like a wave of evil that just took over the chat room, and then it went away, and everyone continued doing what they did before.
I was so shocked in fact that I told someone and they said it was interesting. I wondered if I was the only one who had seen it.
Judas will betray you. Judas walked with Jesus, he was among the disciples, but when the night of betrayal came, he betrayed the Son of God. So Judas will also betray you. The servant is not greater than his master. If he suffered, you will suffer also. But you are blessed who suffers for righteousness sake. You are blessed who suffers for his name's sake. You are blessed who suffers for well doing. You are blessed who have pure hearts. You are blessed those who make peace. And what is this peace other than that Jesus died to be our peace, as there was no peace between man and God by sin.
Grace and Truth comes by Jesus, to those who humble themselves before him. The disciples of Jesus Christ partake of that same cup. They eat of that same bread, in this way, they do SHOW the Lords death until he come. Have faith, don't quit in love. Be blameless and without reproach. The Lord is a consuming fire.
