Alright, I don't know if anyone is interested in sharing freestyle poetry, or just creative writing. But I hope to meet people out there who love poetry. You can also put poetry or songs that you like just as long as you give credit on who wrote it...

I'll be writing some things on here too just when I am in the mood to write its fun.

I stand without repentance O,
I stand without regret,
the new oil pours upon my head,
ode to my sweet salvation,
I lift the cup of life and drink,
old and damaged I climb to marathon,
bestowed preternatural dreams and warmth,
I cannot deny, I cannot deny
rising early to meet the sun, I can
only think of the lost, and I pray
that you see I'd give all for you
to 'be', at any cost
but such was done on a morning like this,
so I pray and I wait with all diligent
faith,
and am often mocked by the pains of
hell itself, and tormenting thoughts,
yet a joy lingers a knowing,

my prayer is answered, I see life,
thats all I seek for I'm too weak,
but for who lives within,
is my dependance upon, that you

Crossing the desert plains of the mind
a thorn ferociously stings my side,
your warmth embraces gently and lovingly,
but the darkness that comes with it,
tries to drown me in uncertainty
and it brings great fear that rips me to
shreds and I become petrified,
I cannot move, nor can I do
a thing, for you..
I've searched to the right
and to the left for help, with false
light, and others, and I
was no good against anything
and none could do a thing,
so I cried out to Jesus Christ, for there is no
other power, none! what so ever,
only he could chase away the fear
even in my darkest hour,
all the world laughs and mocks
scoffing my weakness,
I cannot save you alone for I am nothing,
and you are ashamed of me, you
stand right along with them,
but I still love and forgive
for none of you really know,
you don't know, oh Lord they
don't know...
I knew this day would come, as
it was no surprise to me,
maybe we were fallen destiny,
I rise early to meet the dawn,
and can only think about you smiling.
as the fear and darkness beat me down,
and I lay helplessly on the ground,
I raise my hands to praise as God promised me,
You would be saved!

Oh my friend severely decieved,
the dark how they seduce you to believe
that you are truely lost, and without hope
but no thats not true!
For pure evil does not love show.
you are only stolen away, you don't belong
there, for Love is Life, and Life is Heaven
and Life is your home.

If you noticed the light and are drawn
that is your hope you longed for in song.
That means you are chosen
you did not choose and you are welcomed
to the table, you wished to belong,
doesn't matter what you've done, for all
sin is undone, and the battle already won
if only you would realize to come as you
are, the rest will always be taken care of.

the tears will come, but so will joy!
for in patience the seeds grow within your beautiful heart,
and revelation shall come
do not fear for me,
for I know where in hope and faith I'll be,
regardless of what the real devil will 'try' bring to me,
for he knows his time is short, he'll do what he can
but in the case of you, my prayers are answered
and the victory has already been won.
one day you shall truely understand.

The Lord who lives inside my heart
has shown me the miracle you are
he has shown me and proved he heard my prayer,
he has not left me and never will
Therefore I sing with joy to my God 'how great thou art'

nothing hidden under the sun, nothing surprised
me when the shaking had come, nor the shadows,
nor the magick or shifting, or the voices, or the nightmares,
or the bites, or the burns, or all oppression
nor the feelings of darkness, no nothing at all,
I know they are all real, and would i have lost mind
without the word who kept me from drowning in the fall,
but! know, that even biblical characters
go through the fire, and come out alive, this should
show you, that Christ in me is truely alive

it hurts
the thing I've evaded as the plague
no one could get through
I'm whirled around
my worlds come upside down
and all you had to do
was enter in it
we've thrown each other
in a realm unseen
how do we know each other
wasn't it only just a couple of dreams?
my dear sweet destruction
I've become lost and can no longer function
my mind wants to split three to four ways
you wrap your soul around
and my heart
has become entwined for days
I can no longer deny you

Storm hell pray and brake through the gates
we come in the name of Jesus
name above all names in a world so desperate
there could only be one who could truly free us
Don't look away oh modern saint
The truth is staring mercy in the face;
the children lost looking so misplaced
the light burns a flame within you;
look in the mirror you'll see the son
...staring you in the face;
light the darkness why do you love us?

The blackened vines with thorns
try to hold as serpent oppressor
they shrivel as the light touches them
they cannot stay nor grip no longer

the mighty sword spoken in the spirit cuts
through all the darkness with its
luminensent everlasting light

that turns all night in to dawn so bright

The dark work together to assemble
They fear the LORD and tremble
O how in order to darken the world
in fear and hatred they unfurled

Stand O knight but look with your heart
not your head,
for they attack with thoughts of fear
without love you would be misled

the mighty word that overcomes
it is the sword of two edges
the holy fire that burns within
brings clarity burning all sins bridges

There is no other power greater
Fear not for the LORD is not finished with you
heed the call so unpopular now
rebell against the darkness and let peace ensue

The light shines brighter in the distance
and the dark backs away in fear
yes stand and do not give way for one
day you shall hear a wonderful resounding
voice as The LORD one day shall sing
'well done thy good and faithful servant'
in marvelous accolade

These are some very powerful written poems. You are very much gifted and inspired by the Lord. Some poems even reminds me of when reading in Psalms in the bible. Very powerful and mighty words coming through you.


I too write poems myself, though I have to feel inspired or being in the right mood when writing a poem. God Keep on Blessing you!

walking forward dragging sad chains to my foot
slowly right foot first then left forces forward
its as if I'm running in water away from the past
its so lonely and cruel to allow me memories that last
trust in you lord I trust in you I cry tears streaming down my face
let go will I let go I run from dark love embrace
to your promise I can't feel you Lord you draw me by faith
your saving me for something better
and I cannot see it but I love you my Lord so I believe it
help my doubts help me see the future through your eyes
that you are leading me to a good place you do not lie
I believe but the tears are still there
please oh my Lord Jesus help me prepare
give me strength when I feel lonely
so when I finished the race
I would end up in your loving arms of grace

Love more powerful than a train
his fire in judgement cleanses like the rain
beloved Prince of peace glowing brightly in the night
his eyes burn fiercely for my heart he'll fight
