I mourn not at all for myself
for the one step I took was into paradise as my Lord Jesus has promised.
I mourn only for those I've left behind who don't realize that we shall see each other so very soon.
I mourn for those I neglected to reach to with the truth. I worry for you brother, I fear for you sister. Does Jesus live with-in your being today and everyday?
It is a hard thing at first, to lay our old life down
As armor piece by piece and let the Love begin to rule your life instead.
There is so much we hold on to
Shiney little bobbles we pick up along the way
Having no value on the other side
And little while yet we breath
Gather now while you can
The only thing of real worth
Your Fathers' love
