The world can be a very dark and cold place. We need that light that never goes out and is always so very bright. That light that gives us such a warm feeling in our heart. The one real true light comes from our best friend Jesus.

John 8:12 12 When Jesus spoke again to the people, he said, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.”

makes me think of a recent bible study I had from Revelations 22:5 - There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.

yeah that and the word always remains the rock that is never shaken, and the only thing that actually makes everything make sense, if you actually dive into it. :)
