If natural man can choose to believe in some god, that god would not be the God as described in the Bible.

You know, it might say in Romans 9 that God hardens whom He wants and has mercy on whom He wants...but has it ever occurred to you that God might not always use that power? God has given man free will to choose...including what to believe. And that means they CAN believe in Jesus Christ.

No speculations about how God uses His power. Please stay on scriptural ground.

Dead men, natural man, cannot do anything spiritually good. They are dead in their sins and trespasses.

Eph.2

[1] And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;
[2] Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience:

Since it's been awhile, perhaps someone new looking in who thinks that they can consciously choose to believe things will be able to demonstrate their ability as requested in the OP.

if you choose to believe in something false and even deadly, God will not change your mind - you get what you chose to have faith in.
the people who have once been slaves of the prince of the power of the air (the demons/devil/hasatan),
which includes according to scripture me and every other ekklesia (everytrue believertoday),
were shown mercy
to be set free from the lie we once were slave to,
and
to be delivered/purchased by the BLOOD OF JESUS MESSIAH/ to YAHWEH FATHER GOD SOVEREIGN.

several times in TORAH/SCRIPTURE it is written - - unless the FATHER grants it from heaven, no one can even see the TRUTH, nor in any little part grasp it or admit it or confess it or know it.

so, your life entirely depends on YAHWEH and whether or not HE CHOOSES TO HAVE MERCY ON YOU.
if HE DOES HAVE MERCY ON YOU, you live.

if HE HARDENS YOUR HEART, you die.(apart from HIM forever, raised to shame and judgment instead of eternal life with HIM in YAHSHUA(Yahweh's Salvation)....

everyone may try to use scripture to continue to deceive you, or to set you free.

no one except YAHWEH can reveal truth to you.
