What exactly does 'connections with the spiritual realm' mean?

everyone has had different experiances. I know my youth pastors wife told about how one night he felt like he was actually being strangled and she couldn't do anything to help, she couldn't see this thing but he could. I have felt the presence of a person who is not there who feels evil. I have felt good presences as well but even those feel a little scary because it was so strong. Everyone is different, but I do know of a few people who have experianced things

Are you saying you are phsycic and have a connection with the dead or are you talking about a supernatural experience in a out of the ordinary occurance?

No i'm not saying i'm a phsycic, I believe that is evil and not something to be tamperd with. I am talking about a supernatural experience

There are ranks of angels and demons like the military. Some higher and lower. These ghosts or spirits come from satan. Ghosts looking like dead people are called familiar spirits. They take form of a person to decieve. If you believe that you become a ghost when you die then you may not believe in heaven and hell. There are spirits called spirits of infirmity that cause sickness and disease. There are spirits that vex and posess. Bottom line is none are good or welcome. The good news is jesus shed his blood to give us authority over the devil himself and his angels. They can be invited by porn or alcholism or be attatched to objects but we can get rid of them. I personally dealt with them. My wide had ghosts manifest physically, throw things and make noises in house and caught them on camera. I bless the house now and haven't had any experience in years. If you are interested in knowing more about how to annoont your house I can go into it deeper. Its not some catholic ritual for a priest to come wave a cross around. Its real. By the power of jesus blood and by his authority through us. If done in faith by a believer, the devil will flee from you. Unbelief will hinder results and I would not try it if someone didn't believe in jesus.

I have had my fair share of ghosts or spirits...one was a family member and after looking into philosophy I learned more.
I have seen orbs and a grey mist also a shadow person but...that was strange I try not to talk about it.
I say if this stuff is real then it is and there is nothing we can do about it.
I saw what I saw for a reason I do not know why that is but I was ment to.

I also know of angels and have 4 that I pray to along with god.

Doodle, using the bible, how can you justify the idea of the existence of ghosts, or any other supernatural being that is not angelic (even fallen) in nature? Also, using the bible, how can you justify praying to angels?

Personally my bible shows no evidence of supernatural beings except angels, fallen angels and those souls passed into heaven. Also the bible says 'no man comes to God except through me (Jesus).' How does that mesh with praying to God creation, angels? There is no biblical precedent showing prayer to angel. We are to pray to God through Jesus.

I dont always use the bible I use my heart and ask god and if the bible has nothing about ghosts in it realy then who is to say they are not real. If there is no proof against them.

we ask angels and saints to pass are prayer on to god for us.

I am happy in my life with how it is at the moment.

This is a very new age way of looking at christianity, if it can be considered christianity. I am with ugly on this one. There is absolutely no scriptural base for you to build an arguement to justify praying to angels. If you stop and think about it, you might as well pray to satan. Was he not an angel of God? Angels can do nothing for you, except through the power given to them by God.

I believe in ghosts and i believe in spirits. I do believe they are of the devil, and therefore don't require much diving into. They are what they are. You don't need to understand them, you just need to stay away from it.

1 Timothy 2:5 and 6: "For there is one God, and one mediator also between God and men, the man Christ Jesus, who gave Himself as a ransom for all"

You don't need anybody to pass on your prayers to God, Jesus opened the door for us to talk to God directly; that's why we pray in Jesus' name. Jesus is the only mediator we need

Okay, but we are commanded to speak the truth in love... that's what I'm going for here.

ok and I have no problem with that I am roman cathlic also we pray to saints also and the angel michael if we want to.
I was raised also that we are all free to believe what we want as long as we dont hurt others or force them.
I see nothing wrong with praying to an angel or saint.

and if ghosts are real and its true there is no solid proof of them in religion or science then they are there like it or not just like there is a heaven and hell.
we do not like hell but its there regardless.

That is definitely true, at least in this particular country. And I'm very grateful for it

Keep in mind just because you have legal freedom to believe whatever you want, doesn't mean you have freedom in Christ to do the same. You were bought at a price, and with that price does come some terms and conditions.

We aren't here to have God serve us, but quite the opposite.

Everyone has the freedom to be wrong or right, but you have the responsibility to show yourself approved.

There is scriptural references to spirits coming back from the dead. So you should def check that out.
