Ok some guy comes into chat to cause a stink, others respond and eventually I respond to his sorry self too.

he accuses Christians of using the Bible to oppress people and I tell him if he wants to see oppession he can move to North Korea and I mean it too.

Then he starts acting like a dictator on me and eventually I get accused of being the instigator and who gets kicked? me

He should have been the one to get his stinky troublemaking butt kicked out, I even tried to block him, and believe me I block those who I deem to be acting like stinky Muslim fundies and all that, but after I said I blocked him and all that I am the one to get kicked from chat.

His sorry botty should have been kicked out beforehand, God have mercy

Ok I am calmer now and there is some consolation, I did go back into that room and I think the troublemaker is history, may God have mercy on his soul.

Actually, I believe the reasons in bold - this attitude - was the reason you were kicked. I was there and can testify to this.

He was in fact banned. You were only kicked. I believe the mod thought you were being disrespectful and furthering the problem.

Well, the reason you got kicked is because the MOD said repeatedly to drop the argument. And instead you continued it and started calling names on top of it. When mods tell us to drop a subject, they mean to drop it immediately. They may also have chosen to kick you for name calling. 'stinky troublemaking butt', 'stinky muslim fundie' are not and similar things you said in chat are not really appropriate or mature. So its true he came in to instigate, but if you react wrong you are still guilty.
