hmmm... i'm just wondering how many times do you work out guys? hehe. Honestly, I dont exercise at all but lately i've been working out coz i gained 5kg. :( Do you work out alone or do you also diet?

I work out twice a week. My uncle has plenty of weights and a benchpress in his garage. I work hard at the farm too, which also helps me lose weight.

I work part time at the gym so that makes me work out quite regularly :)
But of course, exercise only works best with proper diet so, eating in moderation on meats and fatty stuff and then binge on fruits veggies and everything high fiber will keep your weight within limit :)

i am a diabetic so i must allways eat right and eat healthy i read lables all the time when i am food shopping.also i walk 45-60 minutes a day so exersise does help alot or a major work our i swim and ride the stationary bike.also good healthy sleep is important as well.be blessed every 1.

HAHAHA! I'm trying to be more consistent.I also made a video blog so that I can track out my weight loss. Lol! I sound so desperate. hahaha. And I really ought to give up sweets,junkfoods,etc.I tried doing insanity but it is too extreme for me. No wonder it's called insanity. I only lasted for 5 minutes. I think zumba is way tolerable coz dancing burns a lot without getting hurt. :)

I'm pretty good at staying away from sweets. They really have almost no nutritional value, as far as I know.

It's really hard to give up on sweets. LOL. I hope ill survive. Okay, i wont be totally depriving myself to eat sweets. Maybe once in a while. :)

Yeah, it was real hard for me to give up on sweets! I still have sweets now and then, but I've cut back A LOT since I've been trying to eat healthier and exercise 3 times a week. I've felt much better mentally and physically when I stick to that. =]

I GO FOR WALKS ALOT AND IVE CUT DOWN ON EATING LARGE MEALS AND DRINKING ALOT OF WATER ICE TEA OR SKIM MILK THE DIETICIAN GAVE ME FOOD JOURNEL TO WRITE DOWN WHAT I EAT IM ALSO A SWEETS JUNKIE BUT I PORTION IT OUT ; TO ALITTLE A DAY ITS REALLY HARD TO BREAK THE ADDICATION BUT DONT DEPRIVE YOURSELF EITHER I LOST 10LBS WITHIN 2 MONTHS I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT SISTER I HAVE FAITH IN YOU CONTINUE YOUR EXERCISE OK I WILL PRAY FOR YOU OK IF YOU NEED TO TALK IM HERE TO SUPPORT YOU ALL THE WAY YOU GO SISTER IN CHRIST

we have treadmill at home so i use it every other day...slow-pace, jog and then run all that for 30-45 minutes...lol

I just do a short burst of push ups every day. It works.
