I'm not sure why so many in this generation think that a person's worldview is immaterial to the choices they make. That's a fallacious disconnect. Of course what one believes affects the decisions they make and if they are in authority over you then their decisions will affect your life.
For example, if we nominate and confirm anti-Christian Satanists to the Supreme Court they will issue rulings in line with Satanism that will dramatically and negatively affect the life of Christians and this will be a direct result of their belief system guiding their decisions.
People who think like Nautilus may feel that staffing the Supreme Court with anti-Christian Satanists doesn't matter when, in fact, it certainly DOES matter but all they are displaying is a disconnect between reality and their thinking.
Likewise, turning your government over to Muslims WILL affect your life. Islam is a false view of the world that demands absolute submission by its adherents. The principal idea that integrates everything together in Islam is the word Islam itself which is an Arabic word that Muslim apologists contend means "submission" (while the term Muslim means "one who submits") and is typically used of the vanquished laying down their swords before the victor. The word expresses the Islamic ideal that every aspect of life, of the individual, or of society should be lived in submission to Allah and absolute conformity to the belief system codified in Islam.
What this means is that when you put Muslims into your government, they will agitate to Islamize your nation and engage in decision making directly in submission to Islamic teachings.
Given that the modern great awakening of Islamic fundamentalism we see around the world today is based primarily on the modern society defined as Jahiliyyah and the "need" for a vanguard to re-Islamize societies around the world, any non-Muslim should give careful attention when their government is being Islamized from within which is now occurring in the U.S. government under Obama with the additions of Rashad Hussain, Dialia Mogahed, Azizah al-Hibri, etc... and it's looking like John Brennan as well.
One need only read Islamic texts and look around the world to see that Jews and Christians are infidels in the Islamic worldview despite liberal attempts to show they are not because a small level of second class tolerance is afforded them as "people of the book"; a people to be certain whose numbers have dwindled after centuries of persecution and discrimination in Muslim countries of a level few Westerners understand. Muslims believe their way of life must take shape as a system of authority on earth just as it did during the life of Muhammad and that it is their holy duty to use everything at their disposal, including their office, to accomplish this.
Islam is a theocracy: a religion and a state without borders and the Quran condemns Muslims who avoided the duty of jihad (Surah 9:38-39, Shakir Translation) and in this religion that offers little guarantees in the way of eternal security, the Quran teaches that being killed in jihad guarantees one entrance to paradise (Surah 4:74). Moderates argue this is not primarily a physical fight but radicals always push back against those teachings and the Muslim Brotherhood IS radical.
And lying to accomplish this is wholly permitted in Islam to accomplish the aims of Islam unlike Christianity. Lying was a widespread practice among Muslims until Muhammad realized that it was turning into a grave danger threatening the growth of his message in Arabia. He rebuked his followers but permitted it under three circumstances: To spread Islam (especially during war); to reconcile between two feuding parties; and to please a spouse.
In the first instance, lying is permitted in the following way:
1. Patience: In this phase Muslims are a minority living in a non-Muslim country; therefore, they are not required to fight against the enemies but to be patient as they wait to enter the second phase. Deceit may become a part of daily life for a Muslim in this position as they practice Muhammad's words "All lying is a sin except the one benefiting the Muslim or the one keeping him out of harm's way."
2. Preparation: In this phase, the Muslims are required to gather their resources in order to enter a direct and real war against their enemies.
3. War: In this phase, Muslims convert from sitting patiently into actively moving toward altering the conditions around them and changing the country into a new Islamic country. Lying is completely authorized to the Muslim during war and Muhammad's phrase "war is deception" is widely known and quoted.
It's noteworthy that historians who study the topic of Muslim democide assert very high numbers of people murdered by Muslims during periods of Islamic expansion that surpasses 70 million.
If you are a Christian that enjoy your liberties and way of life in America, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that voting Muslims into public office and appointing them to the most sensitive cabinet positions, such as CIA Director, put both in danger.
