i say 'such is life' a lot.
cuz life has its ups and down and there isnt anything you can do to stop it.
the only thing that can help you is God. he will help you out and flatten hills for you and fill valleys. although He wants to to grow in Him as well so He will give you challenges to make you grow and bring you back to him and down to earth.
