The Bible declares in (Genesis 1:27) So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. Adam and Eve were already in the image of God. They were of full spiritual stature. God never intended for man to have the knowledge of good and evil. Satan took what was good and made it sound bad. Eve now felt that she had been held out on - that she was lacking something. She felt less in position or stature. She now felt INFERIOR. Satan had her right where he wanted her. She felt insecure and inferior. Flooded with these new emotions, she was now overwhelmed and desperate to regain her sense of security and stature. At this point, although her emotions were overwhelming her, she hadn't actually lost either her real security or her stature. She only now believed she had. With these emotions running high and these two demon spirits assaulting Eve, Satan then gave her the knockout punch.
