Click on Start > Control Panel > Date, Time, Language and Regional Options > Regional and Language Options. Then click on the tab for Languages and click on Details where it says Text services and input languages. From there you can adjust the input language of the keyboard (depending on which ones you've got installed).

Hope that helps.

Well ive done that, and I have Hebrew and Greek enabled. What I was trying to do was rearrange the hebrew keyboard.
