Are delays part of God's plan? Does God has had delays in mind? These questions have started to buzz round in my head last week. I just feel the need to clear my mind. Any thoughts on this?

What we think is delay, could be His perfect timing. What else have you been questioning if I may ask? Unless it's personal , you don't need to.

Ask Moses... 40 years on the backside of a desert only to trod another 40 years in the desert with a reward to only see the land from afar.

God answer's our prayer's ,sometimes swiftly and sometime there are delay's.

I have experienced God answering my prayer's after years, sometimes I forget that I had prayed for that issue and then the Holy Spirit reminds me that God just answered one of my prayer's.

God may delay our answer's but He never forget's our prayer's, if there is no evil intention behind it.

He delays, for different reasons, might be in His eyes we aren't ready to receive it or might be He desire's to train us to reach that degree of understanding to handle the blessing's .

Whatever be the reason, God will give His children only the best and if He sees that something we asked for can harm us or destroy our lives in any form He will never allow our lives to be endangered by it, He won't give us that request even if we pray with tear's for it.

Better to lean on God's eyes than our's.

Glory be to God.

Yes..sometimes. We call it delay,He calls it 'His time'. He makes everything beautiful in its own time..

Hence the saying Better late than never. God will answer in his time, His perfect time. In that time, you can learn patience, and maybe thats the reason why his delays are a concern to many people. Believe in your prayers, have faith he will answer. and leave it to God to answer in his time. God is a perfect God, and his plan is to show perfect timing.

Delays from our perspective, absolutely.
As a matter of fact, more delay than the world can possibly endure.

"And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days."

"Patience of the saints" is directed.
"In your patience possess ye your souls."

And He sings that song to me.
