Hi All, I was wondering what to do for my first proper post. Interests are always good, so I thought - How about an open thread for people to list their favourite Christian Apps!

I have an Android phone, so I favour them - but Apple and Windows are fine too!

So here are my current favourites, and my reasons why...

King James Bible:

My reasons for this must be pretty obvious, but it's always good to have the full Bible on hand.

Christian Fish Live Wallpaper:

I wanted a decent wallpaper for my phone, but was really put off by them all looking like they were cobbled together for a quick buck, and looked like they belonged on a phone of the 1970s. This one is beautiful. It's modern and subtle enough for non-Christians to comment on it and be drawn into conversation.

Bible Kids Game:

My nephews enjoy playing on this. It needs a little bit of work, in my opinion, but my nephews don't seem to mind!

NRSV Bible - Just the English text - no commentary or notes and maps. I use this app most often.

Faithlife Study Bible - An excellent study Bible. I use it fairly often (when I don't have my hard copy Bibles or just want to look at different notes). Extras are regularly updated. Comes with free ESV translation, additional translations cost.

YouVersion Bible - Other than the daily Bible verse, I don't use this one very often.

Bible for Kids - Looks great, but it's designed for young children.
