Quick plan:
Look at Map of World today
Look at where Joseph (Israel's son) would be on the map, were he alive to day
Relate how the Good News traveled from one place to another.
Ask the kids who has been out of state, out of the country?
Introduction to Missionaries
Give examples
(filler stuff by another)
Finally, we would have each of the kids write a message of encouragement to a missionary,
beginning a pen-pal relationship.
And close in prayer. thanking God for Good News and for the people who share Christ, even when it hurts.
Give the kids a picture of the pen pal, so they can pray for him or her at home, or wherever.

Great Work. What I looked good was, instead of telling bedtime stories, to kids. We can tell about the lifes of our missionaries as well.
