melatonine is what your brain normally will produce when it's dark, to make you sleepy, and sunlight break it down, so it don't "heap up" in the body
downside is the "medicine" it can cause / strengthen depression

are you on melatonine?

Not on a regular basis, but I use it two- three days in a row to get back to a rythm,. then, if I'm lucky, that lasts up to two weeks

then I try to stay off it for some time, but eventually I gotta use it in order to get up for school
